1) Since the School does not receive any aid from the Government, you are expected to be generous and regular to pay the fees. The school will not be able to grant any concessions in fees. If you are not able to pay the whole years fees in the beginning of the year, you should pay in two installments, as your fees help us to pay the staff of the school. If you are generous towards school, in providing your financial and moral support, the management will be able to serve you better through various facilities.

2) Details about the parents qualification and employment should be given clearly. (Do not write just 'Service')

3) Regarding the child's name:
* If you do not have (do not use) a surname, put a dash.
* Write only the names given on the Municipal Birth Certificate.
* Do not write 'alias' or pet names

4) The following certificates should be attached to the admission form:
* The original Municipal Birth certificate
* For Catholics: Besides the Municipal Certificate, also, the Baptism Certificate.

* Give your child's Blood Group as it is necessary for his/ her school Identity Card.
* Photocopy of Ration Card and Aadhar Card Complusory.
* Two copies (passport size) of your child's photograph & Parents Photos.

5) You are advised to go through the rules and regulations of the school given in the School Diary. Seek admission for your child only if you and your child are ready to observe the rules of the school. (If you need a diary to read the rules, you can ask at the office counter)

6) The Management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission.

7) No oral or written recommendation will be accepted regarding the admission.

8) This school does not accept donations with regard to admission.

9) No information in connection with admission will be given over the phone.
